Weaving/Printing Forming

Different categories use exclusive craftsmanship. AXMINSTER CARPET: using Wilton loom, interweaving warp and weft yarns+flocking with velvet yarn, with a wear resistance of 15-20 years; PRINTED CARPET: digital direct spraying technology, color reproduction rate of over 95%, production cycle shortened by 30% compared to traditional technology; HAND TUFTED CARPET: Combining handmade customization and artistic expression, it can achieve any complex pattern design, including gradient colors, three-dimensional textures, and irregular shapes; FLAT WOVEN CARPET: woven with interlaced warp and weft yarns, without additional suede structure, the finished product is highly durable, has a minimalist aesthetic, and is easy to maintain.

Post sorting process, quality inspection, and packaging

Post finishing enhances the texture and performance of carpets, including processes such as shearing, ironing, washing, drying, and shaping, to ensure carpet flatness, foot feel, and environmental friendliness. After passing 12 indicators such as abrasion resistance testing, flame retardant testing, and environmental protection testing, moisture-proof packaging is used after passing the inspection.
